Rather than suppressing symptom after symptom, strive for health and bring your body, emotions, thoughts and energy into balance and then VOILA your body doesn't need to send signals to you in the form of symptoms anymore.
It doesn't matter if its fatigue, allergies, arthritis, pain or heavier forms of sickness. These are all just signals that something needs to change.
You can't expect to get better leading the same lifestyle that got you sick in the first place.
If you're healthy, happy and vibrant then naturally you would want to keep doing the things that got you there.
